Work Safety

  • Follow the relevant environmental protection and occupational safety and health laws and regulations of the competent authorities, and strive to meet the advanced international environmental safety standards.
  • Implement the management of contractors, and strengthen the requirements for the application of on-site construction and special operations.
  • Popularize environmental safety awareness, implement environmental safety and health education and promotion, raise employees’ awareness of environmental safety and health, and promote participation in and implement environmental safety and health work.
  • Conduct regular fire drills, fire equipment tests and repairs, and make declarations in accordance with the law.
  • Implement emergency response plans, conduct regular escape drills, and cooperate with firefighting units for fire prevention and education.
  • Provide appropriate protective facilities or operational controls to control impacts caused by environmental safety risks such as domestic sewage, waste classification, forklift operations, falls from heights, and hazardous materials management.
  • Implement automatic on-site inspections, strengthen on-site labor safety and health audits, and review safety and health measures from time to time.
  • Continue to improve environmental protection and occupational safety and health performance through hazard prevention, setting goals and plans.
  • Organize employee education and training to raiser safety and health awareness and participate in government safety and health activities.

Healthy Workplace

  • Regularly hold general health checkups and special operation health checkups for employees.
  • Regularly implement work environment measurement and continuous environment improvement.
  • Regularly implement drinking water quality measurement to ensure compliance with drinking water quality standards.
  • Promote the correct use of protective gears and inspect and record the wearing status from time to time.
  • Regularly arrange health promotion courses by occupational specialists to let employees receive health information.
  • Strengthen traffic safety education and training and conduct drills to reduce the number of traffic accidents to and from work.
  • Audit the central kitchen of the catering company and the operation of the staff in the cafeteria from time to time, and require the catering company to conduct annual health checkups for its staff.
