Training and Development

The Company is committed to developing talents. In addition to pre-service training, we also offer multiple on-the-job training to help employees to pick up skills and possess versatile competencies.

New Employee Training

After new employees report to work, they are provided with professional pre-service training on rules and regulations, work safety, environmental guidance by dedicated counselors.

Corporate social responsibilities (CSR) courses and Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) Code of Conduct are in place not only to help staff understand their rights and interests, but also to make them understand the Company’s CSR policies and practices.

On-the-job Training

We encourage new staff to learn quickly, set certification standards, and provide incentives for successful certification.

The Company attaches great importance to work safety and schedules various annual courses on safety and maintenance licenses, so that employees can not only enhance their awareness of work safety, but also upgrade themselves to obtain licenses.

We regularly simulate the emergency response training in case of various disasters to ensure the safety of our employees at work.

Fire safety training is conducted every six months as required by law, and practical training is provided to enable employees to operate fire extinguishers and fire hydrants, and to test the effectiveness of the emergency escape team on a large scale from time to time.

Internal transfer and rotation system is in place to enable employees to better understand the depth and breadth of their work and to facilitate their growth.

Elite Training

We train elite leaders and arrange management courses to revitalize the organization.

We encourage employees to pursue professional skills and obtain licenses.

We encourage employees to further their language skills.
